Vital Nutrients Aller-C

Vital Nutrients claims that they are dedicated to providing their customers with high quality products to boost health and wellness. We found Aller-C to be one of the few formulas that have a significantly high dosage of Vitamin C offering 900 mg per daily serving. This amount is almost never seen in allergy supplements and one of the main points that really pulled us towards this product. Even more impressive is the addition of Citrus Bioflavonoids which promotes the absorption of Vitamin C, making it more effective to boost antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. However, unfortunately the manufacturer included it as part of a proprietary blend, hiding the exact amount included in the formula. We find this to be slightly misleading and disconcerting.

We were also disappointed to see that this formula excluded many scientifically researched ingredients that have been proven effective in combating symptoms related to seasonal allergies. These include Quercefit® – the more bioavailable version of the common Quercetin, Vitamin A, Beta Glucan or BioPerine®. These are key ingredients that have been researched to boost the immune system, inhibit the release of histamine and promote faster absorption for more effective results. We’re not sure that even the 900 mg of Vitamin C is enough to make up for excluding these crucial additions.

We were happy to see positive reviews online with many customers claiming that this product did work for them, however we were disappointed that the manufacturer does not offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee. Allergy ReLeaf System

Allergy ReLeaf System claims to be an effective seasonal allergy supplement that decreases allergic symptoms. It is not GMP certified but does offer a money-back guarantee. The amounts of the key ingredients are somewhat low or don’t have any amount listed whatsoever. 

This product offers a 2 in 1 deal. The 2 products are Allertonic and Quercetin AllerReLeaf. We’re not sure why the manufacturer insisted on creating 2 separate products, instead of 1 stronger supplement with everything in it. We were glad to see the inclusion of Vitamin C and Quercetin, however the daily serving of the Vitamin C is extremely low at just 200 mg per daily serving, and regarding the Quercetin, we were disappointed that it wasn’t in the more bioavailable form of Quercefit®. 

We were also disappointed that there is no GMP certification and it is not vegan friendly. We liked that there is a money-back guarantee, however it does come across as somewhat confusing as to the terms and conditions of the guarantee since this is not clearly laid out on the manufacturer’s website.
