Tango AllerPhase® is made up of a 300mg proprietary blend. Within this blend, there are small amounts of traditional Chinese herbs, roots, stems, leaves, fruits, and bulbs. According to the site, this formula is based on traditional Chinese medicinal practices, which use naturally based ingredients to help alleviate, or attempt to cure, many ailments and health issues.
The product has a sizable amount of good reviews and is a pretty interesting approach to a respiratory support formula. With ingredients such as Centipeda plant, Xanthium fruit, and Licorice root, the botanical blend can provide cytokine-inhibiting, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Is Tango AllerPhase® Effective?
According to the reviews, Tango AllerPhase® seems to be effective with mild respiratory and allergic issues. However, because it doesn’t contain the ingredients which we deemed to be most efficient – or at least it only contains them in very miniscule amounts within the herbal proprietary blend – it is probably only good for very mild respiratory issues.
Another issue we have is that not only does this product contain little to none of the necessary ingredients for an effective respiratory aid supplement, but the actual amounts and potencies of each ingredient are not detailed at all. This is an issue in our eyes because potency and amount are very important, especially when attempting to rely on scientific sources based on studies. A dosage too small could have no effect, while a dosage too large could have a negative, overstimulating effect.
Is Tango AllerPhase® Safe?
Tango AllerPhase® seems to be a perfectly safe supplement. The fact that it contains all natural ingredients, and has so many great customer reviews proves to us that it is a good product to use.
Summary
We rated this product so highly, and gave it the second place spot because of the traditional medicine style approach they took when creating the supplement. Despite the fact that many of the requirements for an effective supplement might not have been met, this product still uses a formula that is apparently time-tested, and has been used to help with ailments for a very long time. It is still quite unfortunate to us that there wasn’t a larger focus on clinical studies, and consequent utilization of these studies for ingredient selection. This product can still be effective, but was only just able to earn the #2 spot on our list.
